In part: "...I Thomas Partridge of Preston in ye County of New London and Colony of Connittient[sic] in new england Do for and in consideration of one Hundred pounds of ye old tenor to me paid and received by Thomas Clark Junr. of norwich...grant Claim unto him...all ye land lying in ye twonship of Norwich...on ye west side of divideing line Between Norwich & preston....
