WorldCat finds only two locations of this pamphlet, and the AAS has one. Emory Washburn (1800-1877) served as Governor of Massachusetts, 1854-1855, and wrote a number of legal treatises. He was instrumental in the founding of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and speaks here of agriculture in Worcester County.
