Detroit: 1899. Original manuscript. One page, quarto, handwritten on pictorial letterhead with a view of the county office building in Detroit. Encloses a handwritten postcard asking the recipient, a physician, "What college are you a graduate of?" The letter states that the form must be filled in and sworn to before a Notary Public, and returned with 75 cents, or $1.35 for a certificate of registration. 11" x 8.25" Very Good. Item #035744
