Cristy Lane (Eleanor Johnston) broke into country music in 1968 on WGN's Barn Dance. In the '70s, she performed 120 shows for our troops in Vietnam, and in 1979 was named New Vocalist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. Cristy has gone on to much success as you can read on her website.
