1857. Original manuscript. One page, sepia ink on pale-blue paper, original folds, docketed on verso. White is returning the "duly executed" deeds to the properties of P.G. Rosenback, Samuel C. Gilbert, and Griffin Every. White needs to hear more from Dexter re the deed for Adam G. Rosenback because of problems in measuring acreage. He mentions Goldsborough, invites Dexter to visit on his way to Washington, &c. Dated at Baltimore, May 28, 1857. 10" x 7.75" Very Good. Item #036398
