"Exterior view looking northeast of the original 'Summer House' at Ute Iron Springs in Manitou Springs, Colorado; a shingle roofed pavilion (1880) with latticed balustrade and wooden arched columns. On the left is a buggy (top down) with a man and a woman in it. A woman with a folded parasol is seated by the entrance of the spring; she is holding a glass of water, and another woman is standing between her and the buggy. Another woman is seated to the right of the pavilion, with a child next to her. All four are wearing hats, bodices and full dresses.
