Printed on the flyleaf: "This copy is one of a private edition limited to 150 copies, published in Tokyo on the 25th of February 1991 and has been signed here by David Stone Martin [and] Manek Daver." Both signatures are clear and bold. On the title-page is a four-line presentation inscription in blue ink, signed by Manek Daver and dated at Tokyo, February 25, 1991.
