St. Albans, Vermont: 1882. Original manuscript. Two letters, each one page on CVR letterhead. The letter signed by E.A. Chittenden, Superintendent of Local Freight Traffic, is re tariff and a shipment of sleds. The letter from the General Superintendent tells one H.R.
